These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at flowpilates.fit and all services offered by DNA Wellness LLC d/b/a Flow Pilates ("Flow Pilates," "we," "us," or "our"), including online class bookings, membership enrollment, and related features. By accessing the Site or booking a class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Us

Flow Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio operated by DNA Wellness LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, located at 431 West Franklin Street, Suite 315, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. We offer group reformer Pilates classes, private sessions, and related wellness services.

2. Eligibility

Adults

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, purchase packages or memberships, and book classes independently.

Minors (Under 18)

Individuals under 18 may participate in classes only with the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must sign a participation waiver on the minor's behalf before the minor's first class and assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation. By permitting a minor to attend class, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Account Registration

To book classes or purchase services online, you must create an account through our booking platform (OfferingTree). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others;
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we believe have been used in violation of these Terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

Online Booking

Classes may be booked through the Site or the OfferingTree mobile application. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is always available on the Pricing page of the Site.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through OfferingTree's integrated payment system. Flow Pilates does not directly store your full payment card information. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Packages

Class packages (e.g., Intro 3-Pack, class bundles) are non-refundable once purchased and must be used within any expiry period stated at time of purchase. Packages are non-transferable.

Memberships

Membership terms, billing cycles, and cancellation conditions are set out in your Membership Agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

To ensure class availability for all members and clients, the following policy applies:

Fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, severe weather), we may waive fees at our sole discretion. Contact us at studio@flowpilates.fit as soon as possible.

6. Health, Safety, and Participation

Participation in Pilates involves physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. By booking a class, you represent that:

• You are in adequate physical health to participate;
• You have disclosed any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations to your instructor prior to class;
• You will follow all instructor directions and studio safety guidelines;
• You will not participate if you are experiencing symptoms of illness that could affect others.

Flow Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose health or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.

7. Studio Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time — late entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class has begun;
• Wear grip socks at all times on the studio floor;
• Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect;
• Follow all posted studio rules and instructor directions;
• Not bring food or unsecured beverages near the reformer equipment.

We reserve the right to ask any person to leave the studio for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to DNA Wellness LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms and our booking platform). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNA Wellness LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, North Carolina.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
